Reports Overview

Substitute Senate Bill 5410 calls for an immediate OSPI review and assessment of online learning in the state, culminating with a public report in December 2009.

While creating a baseline of information about student enrollment in online courses, the assessment will measure—among other requirements—course completion and success rates, student-to-teacher ratios, student retention and dropout rates, and funding for online learning.
