Rule Text

(b) Contracting for alternative learning experience courses or course work is subject to the provisions of WAC 392-121-188.


Districts implementing ALE under contract with a third party provider must do so consistent with the contracting requirements identified in WAC 392-121-188.

Q. Are courses purchased through the DLD course catalog subject to WAC 392-121-188?

A. Yes. WAC 392-121-188 applies equally to districts contracting directly with a provider or to those using the DLD catalog. See the DLD district responsibilities for more information.
