Section 6e: Compensation to school district employees

(e) School district employees are prohibited from receiving any compensation or payment as an incentive to increase student enrollment of out-of-district students in an alternative learning experience course or course work.
The intent of this subsection is to prohibit offering bonuses, "bounties," or other incentives to district employees, including the superintendent, for increasing non-resident student enrollment in an ALE program.
