(i) "Parent" has the same definition as "parent" in WAC 392-172A-01125.
Comments
The revised rule includes a definition of parent, which is the definition established as part of the special education requirements. This definition identifies requirements and procedures districts may follow in establishing parental decision-making authority of unaccompanied youth. See WAC 392-172A-01125.
