Substitute Senate Bill 5410 creates the requirement that multi-district online providers be approved by OSPI in order to offer courses to Washington state students. This section includes the list of approved providers, the draft approval process and criteria, and information about the Approval Review Committee.

Only providers that meet the definition of a multi-district online provider, as described in SSB 5410, will need to be approved in order for student funding to be claimed beginning in the 2011-12 school year. Use the "Who Gets Reviewed?" to see if your organization qualifies.
