Single District Online School Programs

Single district, or exempt, providers are not subject to review in the approval process. OSPI posts information about exempt providers as a courtesy to students, parents, and educators. To be included on this list, follow these steps:

  1. Verify that your organization is exempt using the "Who Gets Reviewed?" form. Contact us if you have questions.
  2. Complete the form below.
  3. OSPI staff will review your submission and post to the list, if appropriate.
  4. Providers will be required to re-submit this form annually to reconfirm their exempt status and the information displayed on the website.
