Student Enrollment Instructions:
Students forecast for courses based on their High School and Beyond plan. The counselor creates a schedule for each student, enrolling the student in each class.
Vancouver Flex Academy at Lewis & Clark High School is the Blended Learning magnet for Vancouver Public Schools. Students in grades 9-12 may choose to enroll at the Flex Academy and participate in a non-traditional program that is a blend of online coursework and face-to-face instruction with highly qualified instructors. Students attend school daily, and complete coursework on a flexible, student centered schedule. Coursework at Vancouver Flex at LCHS meets State learning standards and all graduation requirements for a Vancouver Public Schools diploma. Students may access the online coursework 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online coursework is provided by Edgenuity (Giant Campus of Washington). Students are assigned a faculty advisor who serves as adult advocate to support the students’ academic success.

Successful Vancouver Flex Academy at LCHS students desire a small school environment that blends on-line learning with face-to-face classroom instruction. Students are self-motivated empowered to become self-disciplined learners. Flex students are looking for a school that blends structure and independence 9:30 – 4:10 five days each week.
