The Vancouver Learning Academy staff are very helpful. They've taken care of every issue I've had with the AAI program when the teachers there weren't available.

this online class was very stressful because my teacher would not update my grades sometimes for 2 weeks or more. so the expected percent complete was far ahead at what my percent complete was so this made me feel behind in my class when actually i was right on track. also, one time i submitted an essay that was supposed to be 200 words or more. i turned it in with more than 200 words, and my teacher commented it and said it was not 500 words and failed me on that essay. this would not happen in a normal classrooom and thats what online class should be like. i would not want to have to be on an online class ever again and i was very disappointed.

It works for me very well.
