CK-12 Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to high quality educational materials for K-12 students all over the world. They offer free high-quality, standards-aligned, open content in the STEM subjects. By providing these free resources, CK-12 is working toward educational equity for all. CK-12 make it easy for teachers to assemble their own textbooks. Content is mapped to a variety of levels and standards including common core. You can start from scratch or build from anything the the FlexBooks library.
Open full-curriculum materials for grades Pre-K to 12 in both Mathematics and English Language Arts (ELA) aligned to the Common Core State Standards. In 2015, the New York State Education Department added links to Social Studies Inquiries that are also available free to all users.
FlexMath is a web-based interactive Algebra I curriculum that provides daily lessons and real-time feedback to help raise student achievement.
|Georgia Virtual Learning (shared content)
Online education from the Georgia Department of Education. Many OER designated courses in all content areas that contain curated open resources from third party sites and teacher created material. For assessment validity reasons, all OER courses are course content only and do not include assignments, forums, quizzes, or exams.
|Mathematics Vision Project
The MVP Secondary 1 Textbook is available for any teacher teaching towards an integrated model of the Common Core State Standards to use free of charge. The book is designed around the Comprehensive Mathematics Instruction (CMI) model. Most of the tasks call for a sense-making and reasoning approach.
|Mountain Heights Academy
Online charter high school that shares their open course content in mathematics, science, language arts, social studies, and other electives. Each OER course includes a Moodle 2 backup file that is available for download. For assessment validity reasons, all OER courses are course content only and do not include assignments, forums, quizzes, or exams.

This library of higher education courses is hosted by the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges.
|Utah Middle School Math Project
Full-course mathematics instructional materials written specifically for the Core Standards for both 7th and 8th grades. Materials include student and teacher workbooks as well as parent editions.
|Utah Science OER Textbooks
Twenty three districts and 7 charter schools had teacher representation in the writing groups that pulled together these grade 3-12 science textbooks from open education resources such as CK12.org and Siyavula’s Thunderbolt Kids. The final textbooks are available in a digital PDF format.
