AP Exam
This online course does not include the AP exam. If the student's local school does not coordinate AP exams, the student should call AP Central's customer service (1.888.255.5427, then 0) to obtain contact information for coordinators at nearby schools willing to coordinate exams for non-enrolled students. Students will then need to call those coordinators (by early March) to determine if their AP subject exam will be offered (not all coordinating schools offer all possible AP exams). Students should expect to pay all associated exam fees.

1 . AP Chemistry course requires completion of hands-on lab activities and has been approved by the College Board as meeting all requirements for a laboratory science course. In order to conduct the hands-on lab activities in this course, students need access to supervised lab facilities, the lab manual, and lab materials. For a list of hands-on lab materials, go to http://support.apexlearning.com. In the upper-right corner, under Quick Links, select Course Materials.2. AP Chemistry (DL) includes dry lab activities and is intended for students who do not have access to supervised lab facilities. This course has been conditionally approved by the College Board because the course fulfills all of the components required in an AP science course with the exception of the minimum time required to be spent engaged in hands-on laboratory work/field experiences. Dry labs require only the lab manual; no additional lab materials are needed.
