There is not too much that is interesting about this class; it is English. It was great learning that there were black poets. We do not hear too much about them. So I was interested to learn about them. The peoms were interesting. They were not boring like other poems and poets that we learn about. Learning all of the different backrounds of the authors, poets, and the writings were clear. I like learning this class online because the people do not know you so there is nothing against the student and there are no "star children" to have favoritism. Favorite three things about the class are: the peoms, my grades, and the problems that want my opinion or my interpretation.
Least favorite things about the class are: the books, the short stories, way too much thinking involved with the problems, and the long questions and reflections. I do not know anything to help others besides have your own interpretation ready.

The class isn't just writing a bunch of papers. Is has articles to read that keeps it interesting.
Its very different to take this class online. I took my notes on Word and submitted essays through Word. You can email your teacher if you have questions.
My three favorite things about this class were:
1. Using Illuminate for editing with my teacher.
2. Beng able to see my test scores immediately after i took the test.
3. Being able to work oon the class whenever i had a free minute.
There was only one thing i didn't like about the class and that was the play we had to read. It wasn't a bad play, it was just uninteresting to me.
For others who might take this class i would advise them not to slack off. The more time and effort you put into this class, the better grade you will get. Oh, and if you're taking forever on a big project, its okay to take a break on it and work on the next assignments. :)
