Drop Policy
Drop requests submitted to the DLD:
- Prior to the online course's start date will not be assessed any drop fees.
- Within the first 10 school days of an online course's start date will be assessed a drop fee of 25% of the course cost.
- After the first 10 school days of an online course's start date will be assessed a drop fee of 100% of the course cost.
Reimbursement of the cost of materials for a dropped course is subject to the return policies of the providers and is not guaranteed.
Requested drops may not be reflected in a provider’s system immediately, however all drops submitted by DLD Registrars via the DLD registration system are guaranteed to be charged according to the fee schedule listed above.To submit a drop, enter the online registration system.
